Milbro SYN M16 - .177 1

Bristol Airguns welcomes back the Milbro SYN M-16 spring powered, break barrel air rifle which is available in a .177 calibre.

This air rifle is a replica of the iconic M-16 Assault Rifle first adopted by US forces from 1964 and issued during the Vietnam War and certainly looks the business. Famously known as Eugene Stoner’s “Black Rifle” and America’s answer to the soviet Kalashnikov AK-47; the famously lightweight “black Rifle” still serves with distinction to this very day with various nations’ militaries and in various forms and guises, though today is being mostly replaced in military service with M-4 carbine variants. M-16 and AR-15 type firearms are among the most famous and widespread firearms on Earth, affectionately referred to as America’s “National Rifle”.

The outer shell is constructed from hardened plastic with a steel barrel and inners.

It comes with fibre Optic open sights, however, the carry handle is detachable and can be removed so a Rifle or Red Dot Scope could be fitted.

Shooting the rifle is simple, this is done by breaking the barrel (the same as another break barrel rifle) and inserting the pellet into the breach.

Power is around 10ft, lbs, so certainly great for plinking and back garden shooting.

Bristol Airguns opinion: this is a great entry level rifle and is certainly well made for the price.
